Happy Late Valentine's Day everyone! I hope that everyone's day was wonderful I know ours was! Bryan and I started the celebrations a few days early by spending Thursday on Beaver Mountain Enjoying the sun, the snow, and each other's company! Unfortunately we didn't take a picture of the two of us... lol
Me and my handsome hubby getting ready to head out on our date!!!
This is Kayson and Auntie Bugz playin while Mom and Dad are gone!!!!
Thanks to Grandma Arda and Nana for the cute cards you sent Kayson.... Happy First Valentine's Monkey!
I hope everyone's day was filled with Joy and LOVE!!!! What a fun holiday- and I think ANYONE that you care about can be your Valentine- so to ALL my Valentine's out there- Happy Valentine's Day!

This picture was taken at a cookie break. I am almost to the top, Cherry peak is in the background.
I took these pics yesterday while our Monkey was bein a goofball!! He is getting funner by the minute.... His latest "thing" is scrunching up his little nose when he laughs or is being silly and he also does it when he is about to do his "fake cry"! (I say FAKE cry because that is exactly what it is- it's rather pathetic lol )I was hoping to get a good picture of the new face but my camera just isn't fast enough- one of these days we will capture it.... Kayson is also 7 MONTHS OLD TODAY! My goodness how the months are flying!!!!

Saturday my Mom and little sisters came down for a few hours to visit and hang out! Although we missed my Dad greatly, we had a good time and Kayson was most definitely the center of attention.... They headed home when, we Aggie Fans (Jason, Jenna, Bryan and I), headed to the game Saturday night. My battery was dead or I would have taken more pictures, but we did get this one just after the Aggie Game. With the help of my adorable little sisters who are quite skilled in the letter painting department (cheerleaders are good at that)- we made our very own CUSTOM Aggie Binky! HAHA- turned out pretty cute I think and I can take it on and off whenever I want! I have been looking for an Aggie Binky so I was pretty excited. We think it was their good luck charm, it was a close game and frustrating at times, but they won and that's all that matters!!! Thanks girls and it was so fun to spend the day with you all. We missed you Dad, but we'll see you soon!!!! Thanks to Mom and Dad Westerberg for the tickets as well- we are so grateful you share them with us-we sure love ya!!!! :)
This is Kayson Sunday morning- he woke up a happy boy too!!
I bought PINK heart plates for Anna cause she LOVES PINK....... she also requested smiley faces on her pancakes- so I attempted to do so with chocolate chips.... not to shabby and quite YUMMY I might add.
P.S. The one on the left is supposed to be a flower!!!!! LOL
Luckily we have church at 11 but I am not used to getting 2 kids ready plus myself so I threw the kiddos in the bath together and knocked out two birds with one stone! Kayson thought that was A BLAST- and Anna wanted to sit RIGHT next to him.......After church we headed up to Grandma Smith's.... we had some DELICIOUS soup and made some super yummy cookies- Anna wanted to make them for Uncle Bry, Audrey, and Grandma Smith! She is an AWESOME cookie maker!
Thanks to Grandma Smith for playin with Kayson while we baked and also for the lovely dinner! We love you so much and are so grateful to have you in our lives!!!!!!!
We had a great time with Anna and we are so glad that she was able to come stay with us!!! We love you tons Anna Banana and we hope you had fun!!!

He loves it and new just what to do. Actually he'd prefer whichever cup Bryan and I have but the sippy cup has definitely become a very cool thing!!! I also had to snap this picture because it was too funny...... this is the high chair we use at my parents house and he just sits back crosses his legs and waits for the next bite -not very patiently I may add- he bangs his hand on the tray to let us know he's ready for more!!
Kayson has totally found his voice- he is a non stop jabber box. This is a picture that my Dad took- at the time he was telling my Dad quite the story. When he's talking (or should I say yelling) you had better be listening or he sure lets you know what's up!!! The Sounds of choice are DADADADAD and BLAH BLAH BLAH........
To crawl or not to crawl that is the question............. Kayser has the strength to be on his hands and knees but he doesn't know what to do from there. It makes us giggle to watch him- he wants to move sooo bad but just can't quite figure out how and he just goes face first to the floor- I know I know how mean to watch your child face plant it and then laugh- but come on- it's so funny! ( no worries he is a tough little man and this does not make him cry lol)
My Monkey LOVES to watch the Lion King and has since he was about 3 months old- We have also discovered that The Simpsons and Sponge Bob are 2 of his other favorites...... I was in Burley this past weekend doing hair and while My Mom was at work Friday, Bumpa (my Dad) was the designated babysitter- When I finished my haircuts and went to check on them this is what I found...... lol I could not pass up this picture opportunity! Bumpa, Maggie, and Kayson just Hangin out watchin Simba!

That about covers it for now- HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY Kayson.... can't wait to see what adventures and giggles the next 6 months will bring!!!!
