My Kayser is 15 months old today!! Holy cow.... I can't believe it.... he is getting so big and growing up so much. There is no doubt about it he's a full fledged toddler and I can't get enough of him!! Today I had what I like to call a "Mommy Moment"- I was dusting and I could hear him in his room jabbering away so I went to peak and he was on the floor laying on his tummy reading books and let me tell you- he was READING BOOKS! LOL- he LOVES books and has since he was really little.... when I went into the room he looked up at me with the cheesiest grin and jabbered something that was totally and completely understandable to him and at that moment everything about him looked different. He looked like such a big boy!!!!!!!
He is so fun and he is 100% the center of our lives..... I love him so much and I can't imagine what life would be like without him. I love that I get to spend every minute of every day with him, however, he is a toddler and there are days when he wears me and my patients right out but at the end of the day when we say prayers and he folds his arms so cute and bows his head and tries so hard to close his eyes, and then I lay him in his bed and he snuggles up to his blankie and he settles in to go to sleep, I am so glad to be his Mommy and no matter how hard of a day it's been I realize I am so blessed!!!!
Some of Kayson's favorites right now are:
- Playing hide and seek (Kayson's idea of hiding is standing against the wall and as long as he holds super super still- I CAN'T SEE HIM)
- Throwing things off his high chair tray and then waiting for me to say "No no" just so he can do it again.
- Talking on the phone..... I am pretty sure that there are more phone calls a day that come through for Kayson then they do for me......
- Playing outside- doesn't matter how cold it is he LOVES it!
- Driving his cars on my walls
- Watching SIMBA- another favorite since a very young age!
- favorite words are: Hot, Dad, Dog
- Kayson is very good at animal sounds, his favorites are: Cow, Chicken, Horse, Tractor, trucks, wheelers, cars, motorcycles, etc, etc. ( I know I know they're not animals but he definitely knows what they say)
- climbing- he climbs on everything within his reach. ex: about a month ago I heard this HUGE crash in Kayson's bedroom when I went to investigate he had pulled the middle drawer of his dresser out, climbed on and you can imagine what happened next! No worries he was fine...... it's the drawer that suffered!
- He's a very good jumper- he bends down to a squat and then stands back up it's so cute!
- dancing- he LOVES music
- anything with Daddy... He LOVES "helping" Bryan work outside, watching TV, eating cookies, wrestling.......
- Wearing our shoes.
The list could go on forever...... What can I say I LOVE this boy..... he makes me smile!

I grew up in a house full of sisters- my poor brother! Because of this there is nothing but girly things to play with at my Mom's and one lone box of cars that were Jason's- the barbie cars are pretty cool they are huge!- Jayme pulled out this chair thinking it would be just right for Kayson and it was- Someday I am sure we will hear pink is for GIRLS!!

These are just a few of the family pics that we had done last week. Kel does a fabulous job! We LOVE them..... Also on a side note these were done mostly in our backyard- literally this is what I get to see out my back window every day... LOVE IT!
Kayson was so fun.... there were dogs barking across the street so he kept saying "GOG GOG" translation- Dog and then at our second location there were cows so he moooooed the whole time silly boy. I was nervous we weren't gonna have any good ones but I was worrying fir nothing they turned out great!
