Memorial Day!

Yesterday morning we got ready and headed up High Creek for a quick hike! It was nice to get out and Kayson LOVES to be outside... He was sooo good the whole time and even took a nap... The weather was cool but perfect for a brisk hike...... I loved that everything was so green. Here are a few pics to document the event! (I'm sorry that my camera isn't the highest of quality- these pictures don't do it justice!)Bry went on a bike ride with his Dad and I finished out the evening with my sister at the movies. We saw Ghosts of Girlfriends Past....... NOT MY FAVORITE- don't get me wrong I LOVE Matthew Mcconaughey, but this was not his best work by far........However, that being said he is still incredibly good looking!

Happy Birfday Audrey!

On Sunday our niece Audrey turned 4 years old! She is such a girlie girl and says the cutest things! We went to Sara and Bryon's for cake and ice cream and we sure got a kick out of her!! We love you Audj!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY.......This is the Birthday Girl on her new bike that Grandma Wendy and Grandpa Terry got her!!! She was so excited and told Grandma Wendy that it was BEAUTIFUL!!!
The picture below is the three kiddos!! Audrey, Anna, and Kayson! Yes Kayson really is more than half the size of Anna~

Black and White Days ~

This past week was the annual Black and White Days here in Richmond. It's kind of a fun week in a small town.... There are festivities going on all week and Saturday they have a parade and then things going on throughout the evening! We invited our friends Landon and Darci, Kensy and Brady (who were not able to make it- we missed you guys) and my lovely sister Jenna out to watch. We wondered down to Aunt Kel's house to watch- she has shade and alot more room then we had at our apartment. The kids got to ride lucky and nibbles around the yard waiting for the parade to start and went home with grocery sacks full of candy! I think everyone had a really good time and it was fun to get together- not to mention the weather was PERFECT!

Kel Took these awesome pics- thanks so much they turned out darling! This is Kayson on Nibbles (I think).

He held the horn and everything- what a big boy!!!
Kayser watchin the parade in his cow chair provided by Aunt Kel! (Black and White Days is all about cows!)

Kayson and Auntie Bugz!

Mom and Kayson talking with Uncle Dan- Kayser LOVES Dan!
The Guys ( Bryan and Landon havin a good time!)
Mom and Kays watchin the parade. Kayson loved the fire trucks and the BLM truck! They were so loud I thought for sure he'd get scared but he loved them he kept pointing and he watched them until they were totally out of sight! Some of the rest of the gang... it was SO fun to see Holly and Rob and the girls! We miss you guys. Sidney and Shelby had these these fun "cow" visors on and they looked so cute! They are getting so grown up I can't believe it I wish I had gotten a better pic of them but they were so busy picking up candy and being excited! My favorite was when all the "little" kids had gotten done riding the ponies and either Sidney or Shelby (I can't remember which) told Kel that they didn't want to be led- they wanted to do it by themselves!!! Silly girls!

This is Brecca, Jada, and their little friend Macy. Every time a float would go by with girls in dresses and pretty crowns they would all yell, "Princesses!" They were funny. Thanks for coming guys it was fun to see ya!

Thanks to everyone for a great time! Can't wait for next year!

P.S. Jason and Em, we missed you guys too.... hope you had fun in Utah!

Happy Mom's Day!!!!!!

Happy Mom's Day everyone!!! I hope that all you Mom's out there had a wonderful day..... I know I did! We spent the day with The Westerberg's! We got up early and went to church with them and then Grandpa Terry fixed us an AMAZING dinner- Dutch oven potatoes, Salmon (which was awesome) and Then for dessert we had Grandma Arda's famous chocolate dessert- It was perfect! After dinner we enjoyed each other's company till Bryan's brother Matt called- He's on a mission in Australia- It was so wonderful to hear from him and the countdown continues till his homecoming! He's got 5 more weeks. We are so excited........
After talking with Matt, Bryan, Kayson and I went on a wheeler ride. It was fun and so nice to get out in the pleasant weather and enjoy one another! Kayson loved the wheeler and jibber jabbered the WHOLE time.

On the way back Bryan spotted a Moose so I hurried and grabbed the camera but it's not the best pic in the world sorry......Anyone that knows Wendy ( my mom in law) knows what a green thumb she is and how beautiful her yard is. With all the spring flowers in bloom I had to snap a few pics but I don't have the best camera obviously, cause these pics just don't even come close to showing how beautiful it really was.......All the kiddos swinging with Grandma........ I had a heck of a time getting a good one..... They were having too much fun and wouldn't hold still!!! :) (Anna likes to push....)
Anna and Audrey bein silly for the camera- they were so funny every time I'd take a pic they would say in unison-" Can I see it"! Thanks for makin us giggle girls......... Thanks to my inlaws for a fabulous Mother's Day!!!! Good food, good company, what more could you ask for!!!!!!I LOVE BEING A MOM and can't wait for many more Mother's Day's to come! I Also want to thank my husband- he and Kayson got me The Curious Case of Benjamin Button- I have heard mixed reviews on this one and am excited to see it- Has anyone seen it- what's your take?

Turning 24 and life couldn't get any better!!!!!!

Yesterday was my Birthday- yep I turned a whoppin 24 years old!!! WOW- I think back through my life- the trials, the joys, the struggles, the memories, the lessons learned, and the things that I have accomplished. The people I have met and the friendships I have developed and I think about all the moments and all the people who have influenced me in some way or another. I think about the state my life is in now, and I never in a million years would have imagined that I would be as happy as I am, right now, in this phase of my life. My joy is full and my cup runneth over!!!! I am so blessed and have so much to be grateful for. I thought of 24 (in no particular order)things that make me the most happy in my life and wanted to share them.......
#1- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! I love the gospel and I am so grateful to be apart of it. It is the reason for my joy and happiness and I would be lost without it in my life!

Happy 91st Grandpa Morley!!!

This past weekend we went to Burley for my CUTE Grandpa's 91st Birthday!!!! Holy Smokes!!! My Mom reserved the church gym to accomodate everyone that came..... With 6 kids, 24 Grandkids, and 18 GREAT Grandkids (and 3 more on the way) we're quite the bunch!!! We played games had lots of good food and visited with everyone! It was such a fun day and we are so glad that we got to celebrate it with you Grandpa- WE LOVE YOU! I know the picture below isn't the greatest but my Dad had a really hard time getting a good one- we put Kayson in his walker and he just ran and ran and ran all over that gym it was sooooo funny! His little legs were going as fast as they could possibly go! (Thanks for playing with him Aunt Goose!) On a side note- this is Kayson's favorite thing to do- he puts things in his mouth (this turtle is his favorite) and then he just leaves it like that for EVER, crawlin all over the place and playin with stuff and occasionally he tries to talk with it in- what a silly boy!!!!!
